PLEASE READ THROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
At GOODLACEWIGS4U customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our goal is to provide you with a gorgeous and well-made full lace or lace front wig that meets our high expectation of workmanship and quality. All our Full lace and lace front wigs are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure that you receive a wig that meets our high standards. We make every attempt to represent our products accurately and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We understand, though, that in some cases customers may request a return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase upon opening the package, please contact us right away (within 24 hours) and we can arrange for an exchange, refund or a store credit.
In the rare event that you receive a wig or hair extension that is completely different from the specifications you ordered (for example, you ordered straight hair and received curly hair), then we will exchange the wig or hair extension at no additional charge to you* , or issue you a partial refund, if you decide to keep the item. However it's very important that you notify us of the error within 24 hours of receiving the item. In addition, under no circumstance should the wig or hair extension be altered (such as cutting the lace or trying to fix the problem), or be worn by the buyer. If the item (wig or hair extension) has been altered or has been worn, then you have indicated that you will be keeping the item and we WILL NOT be able to accept an exchange or do a refund.
Item has to be returned in the exact same condition as it was received. If the lace wig or hair extension has been worn or altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange, store credit or process a refund! This includes but is not limited to any of the following:
DO NOT Cut the Lace
DO NOT Rip or Tear the Lace
DO NOT Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig
DO NOT Wear the Wig
DO NOT Put Glue or Tape on the Wig
DO NOT Apply The Wig to Your Head
DO NOT Put Products on the Wig
DO NOT Wash or Condition the Wig
DO NOT Dye or Color the Wig
DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxer on the Wig
DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig
DO NOT Alter or Change the Wig in ANY Way
DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original Packaging
DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself BEFORE Contacting Us
If you fail to comply with any of the above conditions, we CANNOT accept the return, honor an exchange or offer a refund and this policy will not apply.
Please understand that these policies are necessary health precautions.
Item has to be returned to us within five (5) days after contacting us.
ALL Returned Items MUST BE Unaltered, Undamaged, Unworn, and in new condition as received with all original paperwork and packaging materials. Items that has been altered or worn CANNOT be returned. If an Item is returned in New condition, unaltered and unworn but is missing the original paperwork and packaging materials, item will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable and Buyer is responsible for shipping items safely back to us.
Returns or Exchanges on Extensions or Stock Wigs (received back in brand new condition with all original paperwork and packaging materials) are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item.
Returns or Exchanges on Custom Lace Wigs (or canceling an order after wigs has been started) are subject to 40% restocking fee.
If a Custom Wig is Made Specifically to fit Your Head Measurements, There will be No Returns Accepted.
Only One Exchange is allowed per transaction**.
Please allow 5-7 days for processing of refunds.
Your use of any Product purchased from GoodLacewigs4u.com is at your own discretion. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the usage of any product purchased from us. Each user of our products waives and releases Goodlacewigs4u.com, its owners and agents from any and all claims related to the use of any product or information made available through Goodlacewigs4u.com. In no event shall Goodlacewigs4u.com, its owners and agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages of any nature resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products or information found on this site.
Please use our products with care. If you experience negative reactions from product use, please discontinue use of the product immediately and seek medical advice.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders shipped internationally may have customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to them. We are not able to estimate those costs and are not responsible for any fees collected by customs. To find out more information about these fees, please contact your local customs agency.
Customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address on placement of orders.
If your order is returned to sender due to any of the following reasons:
Invalid address
Missing apartment/suite number
Recipient unavailable to accept delivery
Recipient unavailable or unwilling to pay duties/taxes
you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us.
Please do not purchase our items if you do not agree to our return and shipping policy.
If you're unclear about any part of this policy, please ask questions BEFORE purchasing.
Purchase of any of our items indicates agreement and acceptance of our store return policies and our Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: There are No Returns accepted for Wig Tools such as Ventilating Needles or Lace Wig Caps or Clearance Items. Thanks.
** Buyer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in sending exchange wig - $5 (minimum)
* If you were accidentally sent the wrong wig, we offer $5 maximum reimbursement for return shipping fees (item has to be returned within time period stated above).
